By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. About Eventwizz
Eventwizz is a software platform designed to assist venues, hospitality businesses, event organisers, and suppliers with event management, booking workflows, lead generation, microsites, CRM functionality, automated communications, and related digital services.
Eventwizz acts as a technology platform provider only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:
- Eventwizz is not the organiser or supplier of events;
- Eventwizz does not guarantee the performance of third-party venues or suppliers;
- Contracts for services may exist directly between customers and vendors using the platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the platform.
By using the platform, you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate;
- you have authority to act on behalf of any business you represent;
- you will use the platform lawfully.
4. User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access certain services.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- all activity occurring under your account;
- notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity is suspected.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors and venues using Eventwizz are solely responsible for:
- the accuracy of listings and pricing;
- fulfilment of booked services;
- compliance with consumer law;
- maintaining any necessary licences, insurance, and permissions;
- handling customer complaints relating to their services.
Eventwizz does not independently verify all vendor information and accepts no liability for vendor conduct or service delivery.
6. Payments
Payments processed through the platform may be facilitated via third-party payment providers.
By using the platform, you acknowledge that:
- payment processing may be subject to additional third-party terms;
- Eventwizz may facilitate transactions but is not a regulated financial institution;
- refunds, deposits, balances, and cancellation terms may vary depending on the vendor or event organiser.
We reserve the right to withhold, delay, reverse, or refuse transactions where fraud, abuse, compliance concerns, or chargeback risks are identified.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, software, designs, workflows, graphics, text, and technology remain the intellectual property of Eventwizz Limited unless otherwise stated.
Users may not:
- copy or reproduce platform materials;
- reverse engineer software;
- misuse branding or trademarks;
- use the platform for unlawful or competing purposes.
8. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- upload unlawful or harmful content;
- distribute spam or malicious software;
- attempt unauthorised access to systems;
- misuse customer data;
- engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts immediately where breaches occur.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventwizz Limited shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses;
- loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data;
- event cancellations;
- third-party conduct;
- payment provider failures;
- technical interruptions or downtime.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid directly to Eventwizz in the preceding 12 months.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or liabilities which cannot legally be excluded.
10. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK GDPR and data protection laws.
11. Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, CRM systems, communication providers, analytics tools, and external booking systems.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, or functionality of third-party systems.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where:
- these Terms are breached;
- fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected;
- required by law or compliance obligations;
- operational or security risks arise.
13. Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time without prior notice.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
