1. Platform Role
Eventwizz is a software and booking platform provider.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Eventwizz is not the organiser or provider of events;
- Eventwizz does not directly deliver venue, hospitality, entertainment, or supplier services;
- contracts may exist directly between customers and vendors using the platform.
Refund eligibility may therefore depend on the specific vendor, venue, organiser, or supplier involved.
2. Vendor Refund Policies
Each vendor or venue using Eventwizz may maintain its own:
- cancellation terms;
- deposit rules;
- refund policies;
- payment schedules.
Customers are responsible for reviewing vendor-specific terms before making bookings or payments.
3. Deposits and Non-Refundable Payments
Some deposits or booking fees may be:
- partially refundable;
- non-refundable;
- subject to cancellation charges.
These terms will usually be outlined during the booking process or by the vendor directly.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Where payment disputes or chargebacks occur:
- Eventwizz reserves the right to investigate the transaction;
- supporting documentation may be requested;
- access to services may be suspended during investigation.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
5. Technical Errors
Where duplicate payments or technical payment errors occur directly due to platform issues, Eventwizz will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
6. Subscription Services
Where Eventwizz provides subscription-based software services:
- subscription fees may be billed monthly or annually;
- unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next renewal date.
